Today I made a really yummy Flour less Chocolate Cake. It is very moist and rich, so you have to have tiny little slivers! I've got the pictures first and the recipe after. If there is a problem, let me know!
This is what it will look like after you add the egg yolks to the chocolate and nuttelex.

A fudgy (and slightly fuzzy) flourless chocolate cake! |
225 g Dark Chocolate broken into bits or Choc Chips
6 Tablespoons (90 g) Nuttelex or Butter
6 Large Eggs, separated
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
Preheat the oven to 140 C and grease and line a spring-form pan. Place chocolate and your choice of spread together in a bowl and microwave for 30-second increments until melted, stirring often. Whisk the egg yolks into the chocolate mix. Beat the egg whites on low until formed into soft peaks. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft and glossy. Whisk one fourth or a big spoonful, into the chocolate mixture to make it light and fluffy. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the chocolate mixture into the rest of the egg whites. Pour mixture into pan and gently smooth the top. Tap on bench to remove any air bubbles (it helps make a smoother cake). Bake for 40-50 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. The cake will sink a lot, but that's okay. It's meant to do that. Dust with icing sugar or cocoa powder (optional) and enjoy!
Hope you enjoy it!
